MARSHALLS IMPRESS AT KNOCKHILL

Having spent some time over the weekend in the company of some of the marshals I would like you to pass on my thanks for their effort over the whole weekend.

From the minute they arrived until they packed up to return home they were very thorough in everything they did, weather it was out on the track keeping the meeting running smoothly, shifting an excellent buffet provided by the club and beautifully prepared by Donna Davison or downing a few pints in the clubhouse on Saturday night.

Can I personally thank every marshal who attended our meeting at Knockhill, not everything went according to plan, that did not stop anyone of them doing their job as well as they possibly could, for this they have my admiration.

They worked like a well drilled team with Alan McNair at the helm, everyone knew their job and got on with it, no questions asked.

A special thank you to the sector marshals who gave up part of their lunch break on Sunday to help out with the Sidecar rides.

I was nice to put some faces to names and it was a pleasure to be in your company.
