ZXR 400 L9 2001 Kawasaki.  YPE and Grant Racing tuned engine  Full penski shocks and Forks less than season old. Full mercury race exhaust system less than season old, Race body work including rare seat unit (never been repaired and one season old). Powder coated frame, swingarm and rear brake stabilizier bar Less than season old. New paint work done 6 months ago on new panels.New chain and sprockets 2 months ago. Paddock stands and tyre warmers. Spare bodywork, carbs, wheels, sprockets, levers, clip-ons, cables, exhaust system, battery, lots of extras. Bike has V5 and had previous day time MOT.

Bought this bike 2 seasons ago and raced in  400 class at Knockhill and East  Fortune Formula 400 class. Bike was totally refreshed and rebuilt at start of season. Bike is currently 3rd in KDMC championship. Race winning bike doing low 1.05 lsecond laps round east fortune. This is one of the fastest 400 bikes and newest 400 available. This is a regretable sale but I am racing thousands next year and cannot afford to keep bike. I have spend over £5K on this bike (but dont tell my wife).

For Sale Duzuki 998 TL1000R engine in a 916 frame. I built it myself and have raced it for 3 years, fairly successfully too. 3rd overall in the Derby Phoenix Thunderbike championship in 2006 beaten by 2 GSXR missiles! (this was really a 2nd as I tied for points with 2nd and I had more DNF’s than him, 6 in total) Race wins this year with NEMCRC. I rebuilt the engine last year with JE forged high comp (13:1) pistons and kent competion cams and some other mild tuning, PCIII USB and 50mm exhaust system, taking the BHP to 136 on a very low/true reading dyno. This was a gain of 20 BHP. Complete with V5 logbook (P reg) Dymag wheels Wets on wheels Ohlins shock Ohlins fork internals New EBC racing front discs and pads (awesome brakes-4 pot 4 pad brembo’s) New Bridgestone 002 racing tyres done 2 races Recent complete new clutch Oil and filter changed every meeting/day without fail Spares box(plastics, footpegs, levers etc.) Quickshifter connected to power commander This is a great complete V twin racing package for someone, just add rider!
